Location: Atlanta - Hybrid / Outside GA - Remote
Reports to: Art Director and Director of Production


Role:

The Sr. Motion Designer role at Creative Mammals is both collaborative and autonomous, requiring an unwavering eye for detail, and an understanding of the design process as it relates to solving creative challenges. As a Sr. Motion Designer, you are responsible for collaborating with producers and creatives to deliver top-notch content that exceeds the expectations of the initial client brief.

You are hands-on. You are comfortable with the process from the initial call through final delivery. You are organized, an excellent communicator, and unafraid to ask challenging questions at any point in the process. You care about the people you’re working with and want to see them grow and learn.

As an AD, you are responsible for collaborating with internal as well as external creative teams to deliver top notch content that exceeds the expectations of the initial client brief.

Creative Desideratum: **

  • Apprised of current industry trends and techniques in design and animation… and an eye for what’s next.

3+ years of Art Direction experience in a leadership role working with internal and external creative resources at a creative agency or studio.
